For the best results, we recommend using a high-resolution photo, ideally 1000 × 1000 pixels or larger. Clear, sharp images allow for finer detail, more accurate colours, and a better overall finish.
If your photo is lower resolution and you don’t have an alternative, that’s absolutely fine — we can still work with it. However, higher-quality images will always produce clearer details and more accurate colours in your custom diamond painting.

c. Good lighting is important – even lighting with minimal shadows gives the best result.

If you are ordering more than one piece, please repeat the steps above — only one image can be uploaded per item.

Choosing the right size depends on the effect you want to achieve and where the finished piece will be displayed.

Small sizes (20 × 25 cm to 30 × 40 cm) are quick to complete and ideal for simple designs or adding small decorative accents.
Medium sizes (40 × 50 cm to 60 × 80 cm) offer the best balance between detail and ease of completion. They are an ideal choice for living rooms, bedrooms, or as a gift.
Large sizes (70 × 90 cm to 90 × 120 cm) are the best choice if you’re looking for a true statement piece. They capture even the finest details and create a striking effect on any wall.

As a general rule, the larger the canvas, the clearer and more impressive the final result. This is especially recommended for portraits, pets, and personalised photo artwork.

1. Is everything I need included in the kit?
Yes! Every kit includes canvas, diamonds, tray, pen tool, wax, and extra diamonds—everything needed to complete your artwork.

2. What if I run out of diamonds?
This is very rare, as we provide enough diamonds for each color. If this happens, don't worry! Just send us an email with the number of the missing color and your order number. We will send you the missing diamonds free of charge. Our email address: support@diamondart.uk.

3. Are the diamonds resin or acrylic?
Most of our Round diamonds are high-sparkle resin; Square diamonds may be resin or high-quality acrylic depending on the color set.

5. Is this suitable for beginners or kids?
Absolutely! Round diamond kits and smaller sizes are perfect for beginners and kids. Easy, relaxing, and fun. We offer special collections for Kids and Beginners, so you can find a design that suits your style.

No, you can select any product in any size on our website.

7. Do you guarantee a money-back refund?
Not satisfied? We will refund your money, no questions asked. Of course, we would like to know if the issue is on our end and how we can improve. Nevertheless, if you are not happy with our product, we will refund your money without asking for a reason.

8. How can I track the shipping status of my order?
You can track your order status on our tracking page. Of course, we also send notification emails whenever the shipping status changes, so you can follow your order in real time.

9. What if my kit arrives damaged or missing items?
No worries—contact us with your order number and we’ll replace any damaged or missing parts for free.

10. Can you provide an invoice?
