We are often asked this question! Square diamonds ensure a particularly uniform, seamless overall appearance. On the other hand, round diamonds are easier to place and offer a softer appearance - ideal for beginners or those who prefer a traditional finish. At DiamondArt, you'll find both styles and the one that best suits your style and preferences.
Since we have a large number of diamonds in each color, this problem rarely occurs. If you are still missing something, please email us at Support@diamondart.uk with the color number, the number of missing bags, and your order number. We will, of course, send the missing diamonds to you for free.
Choosing the right size is crucial to getting impressive results! We offer all kinds of canvas sizes to satisfy your needs and requirements. For particularly detailed effect, we recommend a canvas size of at least 40 cm. However, if you want to get faster results, our smaller sizes are also a good choice.
Our diamond painting kits do not include a frame. However, you can find suitable frames on our website that will allow you to stylishly show your finished artwork.
AB diamonds are coated with a special coating that gives them an iridescent luster, similar to the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis). They add extra shine and depth to your artwork, enhancing the overall appearance and making it stand out.
These special diamonds can store light and emit a soft glow in the dark. These diamonds add a stunningly bright effect to your photo, making it more visually appealing. Shipping
Free shipping 7-14 days. Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you by email after shipment. You can also learn about your shipment information on our shipment tracking page.
We currently ship to addresses within USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdelivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and visit the "Track" section for order tracking.
We’re very sorry for this frustrating situation! Based on experience, some postal workers may forget to leave a "pickup card" for recipients. In most cases, the package is waiting at your local post office or was delivered to a neighbor. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office first.

If you have a new address, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update the shipping address before dispatch. If the product has already been shipped, unfortunately, the address change will no longer be possible.

This is very frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience! Since our shipping times are relatively long, we recommend quickly purchasing the accessories from a local craft store, and we’ll refund you 10% of the purchase price. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without any questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Of course, an exchange is possible! Please return the picture to us according to our cancellation policy.If you’d like to exchange your picture for another one, include a note with the return, briefly mentioning the new image you’d like. Don’t forget to tell us which new picture you’d like us to send to you.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue, either by arranging a replacement or issuing a refund.
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we aim to ship it as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request. But note that cancellations are not possible if production has started or the order has shipped.
